Effective Immediately: Any piece of equipment that falls into any of the below categories will have their piece of equipment towed at the owners expense (this includes parking lot rental as well):
The piece of equipment lacks a current valid license plate.
A piece of equipment sits more than four days without paying for storage fee.
The piece of equipment lacks a current State or Federal Inspection.
An inoperable piece of equipment that has been sitting longer than 60 days that is totally or partial disassembled and there has been no authorization for further repairs.
The piece of equipment poses an environmental or safety risk to employees of the grounds in which the piece of equipment sits on.
